For the past ten years, Innkeepers Richard and Renate Nickelson, lovingly restored, remodeled and updated this idyllic oasis, located within the historic district on the quiet and more picturesque west side of Eureka Springs.

Just a stone's throw from historic center of downtown, only minutes from the Passion Play and all other attractions.
Walk to town in about 10 minutes or ride the trolley
to see all the sights.
Renate is a native of Germany and the German influence is visible everywhere you look. From the Bavarian Forest antler lamps in the log cabin to the lace curtains in the office, from the flowering window boxes and hanging baskets to the German and Bavarian flags greeting you in the driveway.

Choose from seven charming, airy cottages, all uniquely and lovingly furnished and decorated, or stay in one of the four rooms in the "Lodge" building. For your convenience all our accommodations are ground level - no stairs - and feature reserved, safe, at-your-door parking.
We feel Eureka Springs is a special, unique place to visit and the accommodations you choose should be an equally unique and extraordinary experience. Log Cabin w/ Jacuzzi for Two

Light the fireplace, put on your favorite CD, pop some popcorn in the microwave, take the bubbly out of the fridge, sink into your red, heart-shaped Jacuzzi and leave the world behind. Just you and your sweetheart.

Garden Cottage

This is our smallest cottage. Adorable cottage garden atmosphere inside.

Rose wall paper, beautiful flowered comforter on the queen size bed, two comfortable wing back chairs, small table, chest. Bathroom with shower. Windows front and back with a delightful view.
